Safety Action will host it’s next Safety Breakfast on the Roof on the 14th of August. Put this date in your diary now!
Last time we were proud to host Peter Cations of Theiss Services as he introduced and explained the latest in safety auditing software.
Our next briefing will delve deeper into ‘Safety Apps’. There are over 700,000 apps available already, and we will discuss some of the ones most commonly applicable to safety. For example;
- Sound level meter,
- Safe lifting or force application guide,
- Chemical data sheets,
- First Aid (St Johns) Guide,
- Safety help button,
- JSA writer,
- Slope meter (inclinometer),
- Light level meter.
This session will invite all participants to bring ideas for Apps and/or their experience, good or bad, with WHS Apps.
If you use or know of a good (or not so good) Safety App, please let us know!!!
