The common mistakes, according to Wilson, include:
Fail to engage and convince the executive team,
Adopt a "scattergun" approach,
Looking for a quick fix eg "tick the box" approach,
Don’t measure the impact and value of each investment,
Don’t build capacity to sustain the program.
Align your wellness program with your other corporate values and goals and integrate into normal operations as quickly as possible.
