Melbourne Safety Leadership Training March 17th-18th 2020

  • UniPark Conference Room Cnr Nantilla & Wellington Rd Clayton, VIC, 3168 Australia (map)

“How do I get a culture where people follow our safety rules?”

This is the most common question we get asked from people attending our Safety Leadership Workshop.

We hear things like

  • “We’ve got a good rule but they just follow it”

  • “Our guys just don’t get it”

  • “People think I’m just being a safety fanatic”.

In fact, most people have the safety programs and rules in place. That’s not the issue. The issue is getting others to listen.

If this sounds like you, and you want to be a brave & bold safety leader, you’ll get a lot out of this workshop.

What You’ll Learn

At the beginning of the Safety Leadership Workshop, we’ll ask you to IDENTITY ONE SAFETY BEHAVIOUR YOU WISH YOU COULD CHANGE.

Then, we’ll show you (with 100% certainty) how you can change this behaviour. Using our tool called the ABC Task Analysis, we’ll empower you to change behaviours and encourage safe work practices.

In fact, once you learn how to use the ABC Task Analysis tool, you’ll know how to answer every safety question you get asked for the rest of your life.

You’ll get the confidence to spot unsafe behaviour and learn how to change it quicker and easier than you ever thought possible.

There’s no shortage of behaviours you COULD change. In this 2-day Safety Leadership Workshop, we’ll show you which ones you HAVE TO change.

Having the confidence to know what behaviour is actually unsafe will give you the confidence to back yourself.

We only run our Safety Leadership Workshop once a year so don’t miss out.

It might surprise you, but with the right tools you can enjoy being a safety leader.
