Bystander Training

It has been suggested that employers need to roll out “bystander training” in relation to bullying and harassment. First we need to know of the incidents in order to refine company process to protect all workers from unnecessary sexual harassment or bullying behaviours.

A healthy organisational culture supports reporting of concerns of any type and ensures protection for people who raise concerns or report observed behaviours.
