December Networking Event - Psychological Health Regs

Before opening up the meeting to questions and discussion, Gary gave a presentation on the Australian state of play with “psychosocial hazard management” and new Victorian OHS (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025, which commenced operation on 1st December.

It is anticipated the regulations now in operation in each jurisdiction will increase awareness of psychosocial hazards and requirements to conduct pro-active prevention programs, and not simply wait for a complaint or psychological injury claim.
