WorkSafe Grants

WorkSafe Victoria is offering grants of up to $300,000 for projects that strengthen workplace consultation and improve health and safety across Victoria.

The funding will support evidence-based initiatives that raise awareness of workers’ rights, build employer capability, and promote the role of health and safety representatives in preventing workplace harm.

WorkSafe CEO Cathy Henderson said effective consultation between employers and workers is key to creating safer workplaces and reducing injuries.

The grants build on WorkSafe’s previous funding round, which invested $1.24 million in manufacturing safety initiatives, including training programs, ergonomic innovations, and industry-specific safety guidance.

Applications for the 2026-27 grants program are now open and close on 6 September.
