WHS Acts have commenced in South Australia and Tasmania, as of 1 January 2013. Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory and Queensland till have some transitional arrangements in place. Victoria and Western Australia have yet to implement WHS Laws, with Victoria still opposed.
